Loyalty Program

These terms and conditions will explain how you can earn points/store credit using our loyalty system, and furthermore how to use your points to claim rewards.
To take part in our loyalty program, all terms and conditions must be accepted by the user, including any subsequent updates.

By registering and taking part in our loyalty program, you are taken to have read and agreed to these terms and agree prior to any checkout with or without the use of points/store credit, Dubmeals.com withholds the right to make or change points/store credit at any point, including where removal from the system, rescinding points/store credit, adjusting positively or negatively your points/store credit amounts, or any other change in the points/store credit usage or rewarding as per the needs of Dubmeals.com.

Points/store credit do not have any monetary value, except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward. Points are not property and cannot be redeemed as cash at any time. The transfer of points/store credit shall be at the sole discretion of Dubmeals.com.

Points will be awarded for each eligible transaction made in our application for loyalty program members. Users must be signed up to our program to begin earning points.

Points/store credit cannot be backdated nor transferred from other user accounts—even that of the same username—unless authorized by Dubmeals.com. Points/store credit are earned for each whole 1.00 AED spent on the value of each eligible transaction. Simply put, for every dirham spent on eligible purposes, you will gain a certain percentage and/or value of points/store credit. Under no circumstances can points be sold.

Dubmeals.com withholds the right to limit point/store credit earning eligibility on discounted or promotional purchases. Dubmeals.com reserves the right to cancel or eliminate the loyalty program and the points/store credit value of any or all customers at any point in time, without the need to notify any customer prior to doing so.

Refunds

As this is a meal-delivery service, no refunds are permitted for products purchased through this website.

Plans can be put on hold at the discretion of Foodie Brands Catering Services LLC. Any cancellations and/or refunds can only be given by exception so long as it is granted by Foodie Brands Catering Services LLC management, with payment sent back to the customer within ten (10) working days (this process could take up to 30 days) via the same mode of payment originally executed. Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.

Any refund will be subject to processing fees of up to 90.00 AED per transaction.

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be made exceptionally once approved by Foodie Brands Catering Services LLC within 24 hours of order placement, and payment will be refunded via the original mode of payment. This process could take up to 30 days.

Shipping Policy

Deliveries are made daily to only the United Arab Emirates, shipping via either our internal chilled van fleet or third-party courier to your agreed location between the times listed below, subject to emirate, Monday to Sunday, in your choice of an insulated bag with ice packs or recyclable disposable paper bag via chilled van/truck.

Dubai: 3am – 6am; or 6am – 9am; 9am to 12pm; 12pm to 3pm; 3pm to 6pm; or 6pm to 9pm, Monday to Sunday

Abu Dhabi: 2am – 8am; or 8am -12pm; Monday to Sunday or 3pm – 9pm; Sunday to Friday

Al Ghadeer (Abu Dhabi): 2am – 8am; or 8am -12pm; Monday to Sunday

Sharjah: 2am – 6am; or 8am -12pm; Monday to Sunday

Al Ain: 2am – 7am; or 8am – 12pm; Monday to Sunday

Ajman: 2am – 7am; or 8am – 12pm; Monday to Sunday

Umm Al Quwain: 2am – 6am; or 8am – 12pm; Monday to Sunday

Delivery is stated on the plan at the time of checkout, depending on the emirate. Delivery is free of charge to all emirates in the United Arab Emirates, and your daily bag will be delivered in the time frame of your choice. However, a refundable bag deposit of 100 AED is charged at the time of order if selecting to have your meals delivered in a disposable paper bag instead of a thermally insulated bag. If you require a delivery outside of these time slots, please contact us to see how we can assist you; however, these will be charged at an additional rate of 10 AED per delivery.

Please remember to leave your empty cool bag out every night so we can have it replaced daily.

www.dubmeals.com will not deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
