Are your meal plans for weight-loss?

Yes, and more! We will prepare your meal plans based on your requirements, your dietary goals and needs. If you want to meet a consistent calorie intake per day, our meals will work for you. If your goal is to effortlessly eat healthy meals without the math (counting calories and what not), we can help as well.

What kind of meals can I get?

Our meal plans suit a variety of diets, from plant-based diets to protein-fueled meals and everything in between. We make meals from a variety of different cuisines and cultures, all made in our ISO 22000-Approved kitchen daily by our expert team of chefs and nutritionists. Will my meals be healthy?

All our meals are packed full of flavour and suit a variety of different people here in the UAE. They are made in a variety of sizes and are calorie-controlled, using a state-of-the-art nutritional system and vetted by our nutritionist!

When and where do you deliver?

We deliver your food in chilled vans daily to nearly every Emirate, in thermally-insulated meal plan bags with ice packs to keep food fresh, check out our delivery policy to see all details.

How will my meals be delivered?

Your meals will be delivered either in the early morning via a thermal-insulated bag, or if you wish, hand-delivered in recyclable-paper bags from 9am to 9pm during the day, in any 3-hour slot. See our delivery policy for more details.

Why do I need to sign up?

Signing up is necessary to complete your first purchase. At dubmeals, your profile is associated with your user experience – macro, allergens, age, gender, delivery address, etc. You have full control of your data and you can modify them at your convenience.

When can I start?

You can start your free consultation and create your profile any time. However, your first meal plan delivery day will commence after two (2) business days following the completion of your purchase and menu selection.

How long does a meal plan last?

We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly meal plans. With each of those, you also have the option to customize the number of days per week, between 5-7 days.

  • 5 days a week
  • 6 days a week
  • 7 days a week

Can it be delivered to my office?

Yes, please add your office address under the requested delivery information. If you wish to make changes to your delivery location, we require two (2) business days’ notice.

At what time I can expect to receive my meals?

The exact time of delivery cannot be confirmed but we are committed to deliver within your chosen time slots – not before nor after the mentioned duration, depending on the traffic and the number of deliveries within the same area.

Our delivery slots:

  • between 3am and 6am
  • between 6am and 9am
  • between 9am and 12noon

Please note that, deliveries between 3:00am and 9:00am include thermal bag + ice packs which attract a refundable deposit of AED100.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Our free delivery covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah (the entire UAE).

How much will my meal plan cost?

Each meal plan is individually priced. Our flexible meal plan starts from AED310 for a 5-day duration. Prices will vary and are based on your goal and/or calorie requirement per day.

Your meal plan pricing will depend on how many meals + snacks per day and for how long it will be.

How can I pay?

You can pay online within our secured website https://dubmeals.com using a valid debit or credit card. You may also request to collect the payment in-person (cash or card) if you do not wish to pay through our online platforms.

What if I am traveling?

You can pause your meal plan anytime. Please notify us at least two (2) business days to ensure that no meal delivery will be sent while your plan is on hold. All the remaining days of your plan will be carried forward and we will resume delivering your meals upon your return.
